我国省级以上公共图书馆新冠肺炎专题资源建设调查研究

Research on the Construction of Corona Virus Disease 2019 Thematic Resources of Public Libraries at or Above Provincial Level in China

采用网络调查法,对国家图书馆及包括港澳台在内的34个省级公共图书馆的新冠肺炎专题资源建设现状进行调研,分析目前存在的问题,对公共图书馆的突发公共卫生事件专题资源建设策略提出建议:搭建知识平台,发挥教育功能,提升公众科学素养;整合各类资源,组建专题资源,提供应急信息服务;征集地方文献,采集网络信息,永久保存集体记忆。

The paper adopts the methods of network survey to investigate the construction of Corona Virus Disease 2019 thematic resources of National Library of China and 34 provincial public libraries including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,and analyze the existing problems.Some suggestions on the construction of thematic resources for public health emergencies of public libraries are given in this paper:building a knowledge platform,playing an educational role,and improving the scientific literacy of the public;integrating various resources,constructing thematic resources,and providing emergency information services;collecting local literature and network information,and preserving the collective memory permanently.
