油田施工现场监督智能化管理装置的研究 被引量:1

摘要 伴随物联网及5G技术的发展,如何应用物联网技术及信息化手段,实现监督工作的便利化,建立监督流程的标准化,记录现场情况的智能化值得研究。随着油田开发的深入,大量增产增注和常规措施需要人员进行监督,但大庆油田面临着结构性缺员严重的问题,因此亟需管理创新。智能化管理装置在克服现有难度的基础上,应用物联网和移动技术手段,融合当前监控主流技术,对施工现场信息进行全维度收集、全过程跟踪,实现监督智能化、信息集成化,现场监督无人化、智能化管理,以适应当前油田现场监督的新常态,实现监督方式新突破,推动监督体系新发展。 With the development of Internet of things and 5G technology,this paper studies how to realize the convenience of supervision work,establish the standardization of supervision process,and record the intelligence of field situation by using Internet of things technology and information means.With the deepening of oilfield development,a large number of stimulation and injection increasing and conventional measures need personnel supervision.However,Daqing Oilfield is facing serious structural personnel shortage,so management innovation is urgently needed.On the basis of overcoming the existing difficulties in the device,using the Internet of things,mobile technology and the current mainstream monitoring technology,the construction site information is collected in all dimensions and tracked in the whole process to realize intelligent supervision,information integration,unmanned on-site supervision and intelligent management,so as to adapt to the new normal of the current oilfield on-site supervision,achieve new breakthroughs in supervision methods,and promote the new development of supervision system.
