浅谈工程项目招投标阶段的风险识别与防范

Discussion on the Risk Identification and Prevention in the Bidding and Tendering Stage of Engineering Projects

随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视工程项目招投标阶段的风险识别与防范工作。为了进一步提升该阶段的风险防范水平,需要根据实际情况了解该阶段存在的部分风险,厘清该环节需要完成的工作,明确其中存在的风险因素以及管理标准,为项目的后期建设提供前提条件。因此,论文主要针对工程项目招投标阶段的风险识别与防范进行分析,并提出合理化建议。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the state pays more and more attention to the risk identification and prevention work in bidding and tendering stage of engineering projects.In order to further improve the level of risk prevention in this stage,we need to understand some of the risks existing in this stage according to the actual situation,make clear the work to be completed in this link,make clear the existing risk factors and management standards,and provide the preconditions for the later construction of the projects.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the risk identification and prevention in the bidding and tendering stage of engineering projects,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
