摘要
在新时代背景下,我国物业管理工作的整体水平在快速提升。但对于物业管理企业来讲,自身的经济效益以及业主的权益在发展过程中并没有得到最大限度的保障,这是当前物业管理企业在转型升级过程中所需要考虑的现实问题之一。因此,论文就当前物业管理工作当中成本核算存在的问题进行论述,通过解决成本核算工作中的问题,推动物业管理的成本降低。
Under the background of the new era,the overall level of property management work in China is rapidly improving.However,for property management enterprises,their own economic benefits and the rights and interests of owners are not maximally protected in the development process,which is one of the realistic problems that property management enterprises need to consider in the process of transformation and upgrading.Therefore,the paper discusses the problems existing in cost accounting in the current property management work.By solving the problems in the cost accounting work,the cost reduction of property management can be promoted.
