我国工贸行业企业安全生产标准化建设工作思考

Reflections on the Standardized Construction Work of Safety Production in China's Industry and Trade Enterprises

企业在生产经营过程中是否安全与企业的成本管理、员工管理和质量管理密切相关,对促进企业稳定经营和发展具有积极作用。在此基础上,论文介绍了企业安全生产标准化建设的重要作用,简要分析当前工贸企业安全生产标准化建设工作中存在的问题,并结合实际情况,针对工贸企业安全生产标准化目标提出有效的建设项目管理措施,旨在提高企业生产和运营的稳定性和安全性,并最大限度地提高企业的经济效益。

Whether an enterprise is safe in the production and operation process is closely related to the cost management,staff management and quality management of the enterprise,and has a positive role on promoting the stable operation and development of the enterprise.Based on this,the paper introduces the important role of standardized construction of safety production in enterprises,briefly analyzes the problems existing in the current standardized construction work of safety production in industry and trade enterprises,and combines the actual situation to propose effective construction project management measures for standardized objectives of safety production in industry and trade enterprises,aiming to improve the stability and safety of production and operation in enterprises,and maximize the economic benefits of enterprises.
