摘要
员工是组织发展的关键,随着经济全球化的发展,组织招聘的员工愈加多样化,员工多样性成为了组织管理中的一大重点。国内外越来越多的学者探究员工多样性对团队绩效的作用,但尚未得到一致的结论。论文分析了员工多样性的含义、对组织的积极意义、当前组织管理中存在的挑战以及发挥员工多样性优势的创新性措施。
Employees are the key to organizational development.With the development of economic globalization,organizations are recruiting more and more diverse employees,and employee diversity has become a major focus in organizational management.A growing number of scholars at home and abroad have explored the role of employee diversity on team performance,but have not yet reached a consistent conclusion.The paper analyzes the meaning of employee diversity,its positive implications for organizations,current challenges existing in organizational management,and innovative measures to take advantage of employee diversity.
