“课程思政”视域下医学生职业生涯规划课建设探析——以首都医科大学本科生为例

Study on the career planning course construction for medical students from the perspective of“ideological and political education in curriculum”——based on the undergraduates of Capital Medical University

目的通过“课程思政”视域下对医学生职业生涯规划课情况进行深入调查分析,挖掘教学规律、思想政治工作规律和学生成长规律,以充分发挥医学生职业生涯规划课的德育功能和引导作用,实现“立德树人”的教育目的。方法选取首都医科大学全日制本科生为研究对象,通过网络问卷匿名自愿参与。结果参与调研的956名医学生中,740人(占77.4%)对医学生职业生涯规划课有需求,698人(占73.0%)认为思想政治教育可以“树立远大职业理想、激发学习热情和奋斗精神”,811人(占84.8%)希望课程中引入“社会热点事件的分析”,837人(占87.6%)认为“真实案例分享”有助于自己深入学习思考。结论医学生职业生涯规划课要注重思政元素的提炼和渗透,把握文化传承和时代发展,深入挖掘教学资源,优化教学路径,不断完善教学考核评价机制。

Objective Through the in-depth investigation and analysis on the course construction of career planning for medical students from the perspective of "ideological and political education in curriculum", this paper aims to analyze the theories of teaching, ideological and political work and students’ growth, so as to give full play to the moral education function and guiding role of the course and to realize the educational purpose of "cultivating people with morality". Methods The full-time undergraduates from Capital Medical University are selected to anonymously and voluntarily complete the online questionnaire. Results Among 956 medical students, 740(77. 4%) students have a demand on the course of career planning for medical students;698( 73. 0%) of the students think that the ideological and political education can "set ambitious career ideal, stimulate the learning enthusiasm and fighting spirit", 811(84. 8%) students expect this course will introduce "social hot issues" analysis;837(87. 6%) of the students think that "the real case sharing" can help themselves to study and think deeply. Conclusion The course should pay attention to the refinement and penetration of ideological and political elements, grasp the cultural inheritance and the development, tap rich teaching resources, optimize teaching pathways, and constantly improve the teaching assessment and evaluation mechanism.
