摘要
核心素养是当代学生应具备的基本素养,是贯穿于医学研究生教育培养的基本理念。传统的医学教育培养模式已无法满足当今研究生发展需求,基于核心素养理念构建以医学院校为中坚力量、研究生导师为主导群体、医学研究生为核心目标的“三位一体”医学研究生教育培养体系,通过学校、导师、研究生内外部协同发展模式,培养出医德与医术兼备的全面型医学人才。
Core literacy, the basic quality of contemporary students, is the basic concept throughout medical postgraduates education and cultivation. Traditional medical education training mode failed to meet the demand of today’s postgraduates’ development. This paper applies core literacy as the backbone, postgraduate’s tutors as leading group, medical postgraduates as the core target of "trinity" of medical postgraduate education training system. It explores how to cultivate excellent medical talents with medical ethics and medical skills through the school, teacher, internal and external coordination development model of postgraduates.
