医学生岗位胜任力的调查与思考——以医学职业学院为例

Investigation on the post competence of medical students——taking Medical Vocational College as an example

从实习、用人单位对医学生职业素质能力的评价、存在的问题和岗位所需职业素质能力的基本要求3个主要方面,开展问卷调查,了解医学生岗位胜任力的情况,明确不足及改进方向,拟从强化学风建设、加强综合素质培养两方面入手,开展有针对性的教育管理工作,提升医学生的岗位胜任力。

This paper explores three main aspects of internship and employer’s evaluation of medical students’ professional quality and ability, existing problems and basic standards of professional quality and ability required by the post. Then it carries out a questionnaire survey to understand the situation of students’ post competency, clarifies the weaknesses and improvement direction, and intends to start with strengthening the construction of study style and the cultivation of comprehensive quality of medical students to improve their post competence.
