医药院校是高校使用麻醉、精神药品的重要使用单位,当前实验室安全形势严峻,麻醉、精神药品管理作为实验室安全的重要组成部分,对于高校安全工作具有重要意义。梳理当前国内地方医药院校实验室麻醉、精神药品管理的现状和存在问题。结合徐州医科大学麻在麻醉、精神药品管理工作中的实际。学校在严格执行国家法律法规对麻醉、精神类药品在教学、科研实验领域使用管理的规定同时,从建立安全领导小组,完善机构和制度建设,落实责任制,以及软件和硬件建设一体化等方面入手,为学校的教学、科研事业提供有力保障,同时也为其他地方医药院校麻醉、精神药品管理提供可借鉴的管理模式和解决方案。

Medicaluniversities are the main users of scientific research and teaching experiments on narcotic and psychotropic drugs.At present,the situation of laboratory safety is severe.As an important part of laboratory safety,the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs is of great significance to the safe administration of universities.This paper aims to sort out the current situation and existing problems of laboratory narcotic and psychotropic drugs management in local medical universities in China,taking the practice of narcotic and psychotropic drugs management in Xuzhou Medical University as an example.Our university strictly implements the national laws and regulations on the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs in the fields of teaching and scientific research.It also starts with the establishment of safety leadership group,the improvement of institutions and systems,the implementation of responsibility system,and the combination of software and hardware.It provides guarantee for the university’s teaching and scientific research,also provides models and solutions that can be used for the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs in other local medical universities.
