摘要
南美某锰矿石含锰12.50%,含泥59.80%,锰主要以软锰矿、水(褐)锰矿形式存在,伴生有少量锰结核、菱锰矿。针对该锰矿特性,开展了洗矿—跳汰重选、洗矿—重介质选矿(HMS)探索试验。试验结果表明HMS(重介质选矿)是处理该矿合相对经济合理的工艺流程。原矿通过浸泡洗涤40 min,筛析成锰块矿-30~+8 mm,锰粉矿-8~+0.85 mm,矿泥-0.85 mm 3个粒级。锰块矿在HMS悬浮液密度为2.43 g/mL时,给矿压力为0.08 MPa时,获得品位40.45%,回收率75.31%的锰块精矿。锰粉矿在HMS悬浮液密度为2.49 g/mL时,给矿压力为0.07 MPa时,锰精矿品位40.31%,回收率66.09%。
A manganese ore in South America contains 12.50%manganese and 59.80%clay.Manganese mainly exists in the form of pyrolusite and manganite,accompanied by small amount of manganese nodules and rhodochrosite.In view of the characteristics of the manganese ore,we have carried out the exploration test-works of ore washing-jigging and ore washing-HMS.The test results show that HMS is a relatively economical and reasonable process for processing the manganese ore.The raw ore is immersed and washed for 40 minutes and it is screened into three size fractions of manganese lumps-30~+8 mm,manganese fines-8~+0.85 mm and slimes-0.85 mm.When the density of HMS is 2.43 g/mL in feeding pressure of 0.08 MPa for the manganese lump ore,the lumps concentrate with grade of 40.45%and the recovery rate of 75.31%is obtained.For manganese fines,when the density of the HMS is 2.49 g/mL in feeding pressure of 0.08 MPa,the fines concentrate grade is 40.31%and the recovery rate is 66.09%.
