摘要
研究了DMG_DMU65机床结构,借助UG/Post Builder平台开发了AC双转台五轴机床专用后置处理器。以大力神杯为加工对象,利用VERICUT软件构建的虚拟机床进行仿真加工、并实体加工,无过切、少切、碰撞等情况发生,验证了后置处理的正确性和实用性。缩短了产品的研发周期,降低了企业的生产成本,具有较好的实践应用价值。
The structure of DMGDMU65 machine tool is studied,and the special postprocessor for AC dual rotary tables five-axis machine tool is developed based on UG/Post Builder. Taking the Hercules Cup as the machining object,the virtual machine tool constructed by VERICUT software is used to simulate machining and solid machining without over-cutting,under-cutting and collision,which verifies the correctness and practicability of post-processing. It shortens the research and development cycle of products,reduces the production cost of enterprises,and has good practical application value.
