摘要
高温变载荷作用下的构件易发生蠕变疲劳损伤断裂,严重影响设备的安全运行。蠕变疲劳交互作用下的寿命预测是材料结构完整性的重要要素。综述了影响金属蠕变疲劳寿命的因素,并基于线性累积损伤法、延性耗损法、Manson-coffin方程、频率修正法与频率分离法、平均应变速率寿命预测模型、延性耗竭模型、能量守恒蠕变疲劳交互寿命模型、延性耗竭与损伤力学蠕变疲劳寿命预估模型等方面探讨了国内外金属材料在疲劳-蠕变寿命交互作用下的寿命预测模型。最后,基于目前蠕变疲劳寿命预估模型存在的问题,对蠕变疲劳寿命预估模型进行了展望。
Components under high temperature variable loads are prone to creep fatigue damage and fracture,which seriously affects the safe operation of equipment.Life prediction under the interaction of creep fatigue is an important element of material structural integrity.The factors affecting the creep fatigue life of metals are reviewed,and are based on linear cumulative damage method,ductile loss method,Manson-coffin equation,frequency correction method and frequency separation method,average strain rate life prediction model,ductile exhaustion model,energy conservation creep.Fatigue interactive life model,ductility exhaustion and damage mechanics creep fatigue life prediction model,etc.,discussed the life prediction model of domestic and foreign metal materials under the interaction of fatigue-creep life.Finally,based on the current creep fatigue life prediction model existing problems,the prediction model of creep fatigue life is prospected.
