摘要
热连轧机高速轧制时发生打滑现象会严重影响产品质量、产量及生产安全.为预防打滑现象的发生,分析了热连轧打滑现象的产生原因,探讨了如何应用主元分析方法(PCA)进行铝热连轧的打滑故障检测,并根据大量现场实测数据进行仿真研究.结果表明,PCA能够有效应用于热连轧打滑的故障检测并预防实际生产中的打滑现象.
The slip in high speed hot continuous rolling will seriously affect the product quality and quantity and production safety,so it is necessary to detect the slipping during production.This paper analyzes the causes of slip and carries out research on how to apply principal component analysis(PCA)to the detection of slipping in hot tandem aluminum rolling.Based on a large number of field measured data,the simulation results are analyzed.It is concluded that this method can be effectively applied to the slipping fault detection of hot tandem rolling and prevent such slip in actual production.
