应用型本科高校产教融合问题及对策研究--以沧州师范学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,是办好职业教育的关键.以沧州师范学院为例,针对应用型本科高校产教融合存在的问题进行了分析研究,在厘清相关概念的基础上,提出产教融合科学定位、以行业需求为导向的课程体系建设、加强“双师型”师资队伍建设等产教融合措施,并分享工作案例,为应用型本科高校产教融合工作的进一步开展提供借鉴. The integration of industry and education refers to the deep cooperation between industry and education,which is the critical factor for the success of vocational education.In this paper,taking Cangzhou Normal University as an example,the problems existing in the integration of industry and education in application-oriented universities are analyzed.On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts,some measures,such as the scientific positioning of the integration of industry and education,the construction of industry demand-oriented curriculum system,and strengthening the construction of“double teacher”teaching staff are put forward,some work cases about the integration of industry and education are also shared.It provides reference for the further development of the integration of industry and education in application-oriented universities.
