Using Yunyan97 as material, this paper has studied the effects of C/N ratio of decomposed organic fertilizer on organic matter fractions of tobacco-growing soil and smoking aroma concentration. The results showed that applying organic fertilizer with different C/N ratios caused the contents of soil organic matter(SOM),soluble organic carbon(SOC)and dissolved organic matter(DOM)in rhizosphere soil increased with the increase of C/N ratio;among DOM components, the proportion of hydrophilic acid(HIA)was the highest, followed by hydrophilic neutral substance(HIN),and the proportion of hydrophilic alkali(HIB)was slightly lower than that of HIN;the flue-cured tobacco leaves in the middle of the stem had moderate smoking aroma concentration with the total amount of neutral aroma components much larger than that of acidic aroma components;the total amount of neutral aroma components showed an increasing trend with the increase of C/N ratio of organic fertilizer;DOM increased significantly with the increase of C/N ratio of organic fertilizer;the total amount of acidic and neutral aroma components showed a synchronously increasing trend with the increase of C/N ratio of organic fertilizer, but both aroma components had no significant correlation with the increase of C/N ratio of organic fertilizer. There was also no significant correlation between the total amount of neutral aroma components and DOM content.
