植物SHMT基因家族研究进展

摘要 丝氨酸羟甲基转移酶(SHMT)是植物细胞代谢和光呼吸作用的关键酶,对丝氨酸和甘氨酸反应起着催化作用。SHMT基因家族是存在于胞质和线粒体中结构和功能上非常相似的编码SHMT蛋白的一类基因。对SHMT基因在植物体中的分类及表达、SHMT基因的克隆、SHMT基因逆境表达机理及其在植物保护领域中的应用等研究进展进行了综述,旨在为植物SHMT基因家族的功能及其相关应用研究提供参考。 Serine hydroxymethyl transferase(SHMT)is a key protein in plant cell metabolism and photorespiration,and plays a catalytic role in the reaction of serine and glycine.The SHMT gene family is a group of genes that encode SHMT proteins in the cytoplasm and mitochondria,and they are very similar in structure and function.In this paper,the classification and expression of SHMT gene in plants,the cloning of SHMT gene,the expression mechanism of SHMT gene in stress and its application in plant protection were summarized for providing reference for research on the function of plant SHMT gene family and its related application.
