In recent years,Shanghai has been exploring and improving the long-term care insurance system in terms of policy system,operation mechanism,management and service.By building one system,achieving four persistence and strengthening three links,Shanghai has gradually formed a policy framework of long-term care insurance system to adapt to Shanghai's economic development level and aging development trend,and developed a unique long-term care insurance system practice road with Shanghai characteristics.In the future,we need to further strengthen the positioning of the long-term insurance system,further improve the demand assessment mechanism,improve the service supply capacity,and promote the high-quality development of Shanghai long-term care insurance in the new era.
