疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)付费目前在国内主要分为两种具体模式,费率法和点数法。本文系统介绍了无锡市综合采用DRG浮动费率法推进医保支付方式改革的主要措施和取得的成效,剖析当前存在的问题,旨在打造DRG医保付费和管理执行体系,推进医保患三方共赢。

At present,DRG payment is mainly divided into two specifi c modes in China,rate method and point method.This paper systematically introduces the main measures and achievements of Wuxi comprehensively using DRG floating rate method to promote the reform of medical insurance payment mode,and analyzes the current problems.This paper aims to build DRG medical insurance payment and management execution system,and promote the win-win situation among hospitals,medical insurance and patients.
