军队人员梯次结构体系的研究与仿真

摘要 军队人员梯次结构复杂、影响因素多,目前缺乏有效的预测军队人员梯次变化的手段和评估方法。论文结合军队人员梯次结构的实际情况,建立了对应的人员梯次结构模型,通过定义固有因子、随机因子和指标参数来分析军队人员的梯次结构变化情况,挖掘军队人员的梯次结构性质和特点。仿真结果表明,军队人员梯次结构模型能够全面地考虑到影响其梯次结构的绝大多数因素,贴近军队的实际状况,通过指标参数合理地分析岗位的特性并合理的安排人员岗位,以便为科学规划编制体制、制定相关岗位政策提供有力依据。 The echelon structure of military personnel is complex,and there are many influencing factors.At present,there is no effective means and evaluation method to predict the change of military personnel echelon.In this paper,combined with the actu⁃al situation of military personnel echelon structure,the corresponding personnel echelon structure model is established.By defining inherent factors,random factors and index parameters,the change of military personnel's echelon structure is analyzed,and the na⁃ture and characteristics of military personnel's echelon structure are explored.The simulation results show that the echelon structure model of military personnel can comprehensively consider most of the factors that affect the echelon structure,close to the actual sit⁃uation of the army,reasonably analyze the characteristics of posts through the index parameters,and reasonably arrange the person⁃nel post,so as to provide a strong basis for the scientific planning and staffing system and the formulation of relevant post policies.
