工程教育认证背景下采矿工程专业毕业实习教学改革探索

毕业实习是采矿工程本科人才培养过程的关键环节之一。文章基于工程教育认证的教学理念,深入分析了毕业实习存在的实习目的不明确、组织纪律意识淡薄、理论与实际结合薄弱、缺乏主动学习意识、职业目标与责任不明确和教学方式不恰当6个方面的问题,并从组织纪律管理、学生学习方式、教师教学方式和考核评估方式4个方面提出了相应的教学改革措施。

Graduation practice of mining engineering is one of the key parts in the undergraduate talent training process.According to the educational ideas of the engineering education certification,this paper made an in-depth analysis of the six problems of graduation practice,such as unclear purpose,weak sense of organization and discipline,weak combination of theory and practice,lack of active learning consciousness,unclear career goals and responsibilities,and inappropriate teaching methods.The corresponding teaching reform measures were put forward from four aspects:organization and discipline management,students'learning styles,teachers'teaching methods and evaluation ways.
