多学科视野下“形势与政策”课教师队伍建设的“项链”模式研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 通过对“形势与政策”课的教师队伍现状的梳理、教学内容和教学对象“多学科性”的分析,探索建立形势与政策课教师队伍建设的“项链模式”——以校内分专题教师队伍的教学为主线(项链基底),以国内知名专家加盟“形势与政策大讲堂”进行专题重点精讲为亮点(项链上的钻石),以省内兄弟高校知名专家学者、政府重要领导干部和国企高管来校讲授、以及线上学习交流平台建设和校外实践基地建为项链锦上添花,以此来加强“形势与政策”课教师队伍建设,有效提升课程教学质量,切实实现思想政治理论课的守正创新,为培养社会主义事业的合格接班人贡献应有力量。 Based on the analysis of the current situation of the teaching staff in the course of Situation andPolicy,and the analysis of the multi-disciplinary nature of the teaching content and teaching objects,this paper explores the establishment of the"necklace mode"for the construction of the teaching team of the situation and policy course,which takes the teaching of the sub topic teaching team in the school as the main line(the basis of the necklace),and focuses on the topic of the"situation and policy lecture hall"by the well-known domestic experts.The highlight(diamond on the necklace)is that famous experts and scholars,important government leaders and state-owned enterprise executives from brother colleges and universities in the province,as well as the construction of online learning and exchange platform and off campus practice base are added to the necklace,so as to strengthen the construction of the teaching team of"situation and policy"course,effectively improve the teaching quality of the course,and effectively realize the integrity of ideological and political theory course.Innovation should contribute to the cultivation of qualified successors to the socialist cause.
