我国地质工作转型升级形势与需求分析 被引量:8

摘要 地质工作是我国经济社会发展的基础性、先行性工作,当前转型升级面临着新的形势与需求。在分析我国地质工作发展面临的国内外形势的基础上,对转型升级需求进行判断,进而提出一些思考。研究认为,我国地质工作的发展目前整体上处于萎缩下行背景下的深度调整和艰难探索期,针对世界新一轮技术和工业革命、国内生态文明建设、经济社会高质量发展等新的形势下,地质工作的转型升级需要包括:一是全面服务于生态文明建设,围绕资源环境谋新篇;二是满足经济社会发展需求,民生地质成为新动能;三是保障国家能源资源安全,开辟地质找矿新思路;四是积极把握市场最新动向,探索“地质+”新模式;五是努力开辟国际合作路径,开启境外发展新篇章。 Geological work is the basic and pioneer work for economic and social development.Based on the analysis of the situation at home and abroad,this paper makes a judgment on the needs of transformation and upgrading,and then puts forward some thinking.Study suggests that the development of geological work in China is in a period of deep adjustment and difficult exploration under the background of shrinking downward.In view of the new round of technological and the industrial revolution in the world,the domestic construction of ecological civilization,and high quality development of economy and society under the new situation,the transformation and upgrading of geological work requires to include:First,we should fully serve the construction of ecological civilization,set up the concepts of geological work;Second,to meet the needs of economic and social development,the people's livelihood has become a new driving force;Third,to ensure the national energy and resources security,and to open up new ideas of prospecting geology;Fourth,actively grasp the latest market trends,explore the"geology+"new model;Fifth,we will help"One Belt And One Road"international cooperation and open a new chapter in overseas geological work..
