双联行星减速器与RV减速器性能测试对比分析

摘要 测试与研究一种可替代RV减速器的新型双联行星减速器,通过测试两种减速器驱动功率与负载功率,计算其传动效率,分析新型双联行星减速器的综合性能。利用机器人减速器综合测试平台上的扭矩传感器,对两种减速器进行驱动功率与负载功率的测试,将结果制成折线图。通过折线图对比分析两种减速器的综合性能。研究发现:双联行星减速器的负载功率和驱动功率都明显高于RV减速器,其传动效率远低于RV减速器。RV减速器相对成熟,而双联行星减速器作为新生产品,各方面性能都有待提高,本研究为双联行星减速器优化设计提供实验参考。 This article tests and studies a new double planetary reducer that can replace the RV reducer.By testing the driving power and load power of two kinds of reducers,the transmission efficiency was calculated,and the comprehensive performance of the new double planetary reducer was analyzed.The torque sensors on the comprehensive test rig of robot reducer were used to test the driving power and load power of two kinds of reducers.The results were made into line charts.The comprehensive performances of the two reducers were compared and analyzed by line charts.It is found that the load power and driving power of double planetary reducer are significantly higher than that of RV Reducer,and its transmission efficiency is far lower than that of RV Reducer.RV reducer is relatively mature,and double planetary reducer as a new product,the performance needs to be improved in all aspects.This study provides experimental reference for the optimal design of double planetary reducer.
