摘要
介绍了3D打印技术生产传动箱箱体铸件过程,通过模拟CAD/CAE优化传动箱箱体铸件毛坯结构和铸造工艺,采用3D打印SLS技术制作的铝合金箱体蜡型和石膏型电磁真空增压铸造工艺融合得到满足尺寸和性能要求的合格铸件。
The process of producing transmission box castings was introduced by 3D printing technology.The blank structure and casting process of transmission box castings were optimized by simulating CAD/CAE.The casting process of wax mold and gypsum mold of aluminum alloy box made by 3D printing SLS technology was fused to obtain qualified castings that meet the size and performance requirements.
