摘要
食用花卉含有多种氨基酸、铁、锌、碘、硒等十多种微量元素,14种维生素,80余种活性蛋白酶、核酸、黄酮类化合物等活性物质,具有很高的营养价值、药用价值及美容功效。文中阐述了辽宁食用花卉资源情况,并对其开发前景和发展方向作了展望。
Edible flowers contain a variety of amino acids,iron,zinc,iodine,selenium and other more than 10 trace elements,14 vitamins,more than 80 kinds of active protease,nucleic acid,flavonoid compounds and other active substances.It has a high nutritional value,medicinal value and cosmetic effect.In this paper,the situation of edible flowers resources in liaoning province was expounded,and its development prospect and development direction were prospected.
