摘要
针对毫米波雷达天线集成化问题,设计了一种基于共口径技术的Ka/W双频双极化卡塞格伦天线。天线口径为1.5 m,由主反射面、副反射面和馈源喇叭组成。为保证双波段馈源的端口极化隔离和相位中心的一致性,采用了同轴结构的波纹喇叭,达到高增益、高隔离、低副瓣的目的。经暗室测试,天线增益在Ka波段和W波段分别达到53,60 dBi,副瓣电平小于-22 dB,交叉极化达到30,25 dB,在测云仪雷达项目中达到良好的应用效果。
For the problem of millimeter wave radar antenna integration,a Ka/W Dual frequency dual polarization Cassegrain antenna based on common aperture technique is designed.The diameter of the antenna aperture is 1.5 m and is composed of main reflector,secondary reflector and a feed horn.In order to ensure the consistency of the port polarization isolation and the phase center of the dual band feed,a corrugation horn with coaxial structure is used to achieve the purpose of high gain,high isolation and low side lobe.According to the darkroom test,the antenna gain is 53,60 dBi respectively in Ka band and W band,the side lobe level is less than-22 dB,and the cross polarization level reaches 30,25 dB,which achieves good application effect in the radar project of cloud detector.
