OLT属于网络接入层的核心设备,是用户接入的第一个环节。由于线路成本原因,绝大多数的用户只接入到一台OLT,OLT设备的稳定性关乎用户的使用体验。OLT设备脱网率指标是衡量光接入网品质的一个客观指标,根据电信公司提升基础维护水平和用户感知的要求,全年光接入网设备脱网率指标不大于0.5%,通过分析OLT脱网的原因,找出影响OLT设备脱网的关键因素,提出针对性的改进措施。

OLT is an essential device for the network access layer and serves as the endpoint for connecting users to network service providers.Due to line cost concerns,most users only connect to one OLT device.Good user experiences depend on the stability and durability of OLT devices.OLT device network offline rate is an objective metric to measure the access quality of passive optical networks.In order for telecom companies to meet the basic maintenance standards and user perception needs,the annual device offline rate for an optical access network must be≤0.5%.This paper analyzes the root causes of OLT device network detachment,identifies the key factors impacting the offline,and suggests target approaches to improve the offline rate metric.
