基于骨架模板特征匹配的点阵结构尺寸测量

摘要 点阵结构在航空航天领域有着巨大的应用潜力,其尺寸精度与功能特性密切相关。工业CT是对三维点阵结构进行尺寸特征检测的最佳选择之一。针对点阵结构的CT扫描数据提出了基于骨架特征的点阵周期性间距测量方法。通过网格收缩算法构建点阵结构的骨架模型。在此基础上,采用模板特征匹配法分离点阵单元并提取点阵单元中心点,实现点阵单元间距的测量。实验结果表明,骨架模板特征匹配法能够实现三维点阵结构内外尺寸特征的测量,具有效率高、稳定性好等优点。 The lattice structure has great application potential in the aerospace field,and its dimensional manufacturing precision is closely related to its functional characteristics.Industrial CT is one of the best choices for dimensional feature detection of 3D lattice structures.A method for measuring the periodic interval of lattice based on skeleton features is proposed for CT scan data of lattice structure.The skeleton model of the lattice structure is constructed by the mesh contraction algorithm.On this basis,the template feature matching method is used to separate the lattice unit and extract the center point of the lattice unit to measure the spacing of the lattice unit.The experimental results show that the skeleton template feature matching method can measure the internal and external dimensional features of the three-dimensional lattice structure,and has the advantages of high efficiency and good stability.
