控制棒驱动机构钩爪组件运动可靠性分析方法

摘要 控制棒驱动机构工作过程中钩爪组件需反复运动,且需承受驱动杆的冲击载荷,易引起组件中零件受载变形以及运动副配合间隙变化,影响钩爪的运动精度,进而影响钩爪组件的运动可靠性。以控制棒驱动机构钩爪组件为研究对象,研究了受载变形对钩爪组件运动可靠性的影响。根据钩爪组件的运动过程和功能原理,以钩爪伸出量为钩爪组件运动可靠性表征参数,根据有效杆长理论,建立了受载变形影响下钩爪伸出量的计算模型;在此基础上,进一步考虑受载变形量的不确定性,提出了一种考虑受载变形影响的钩爪组件运动可靠性分析方法。 In the control rod driving mechanism working period,the latch assembly needs to move repeatedly and bear the impact load of the driving rod,which is easy to cause the deformation of the parts in the assembly and change the matching clearance of the moving pair,thus affects the movement accuracy and the movement reliability of the latch arm.In response to this problem,the latch assembly of the control rod drive mechanism is taken as the research object to study the influence of load deformation on the motion reliability of the latch assembly.According to the movement process and the function principle of the latch assembly,the extension length of the latch arm is used as the characterization parameter of the movement reliability,through the principle of effective rod length,the extension length calculation model of the latch arm affected by the load deformation is established.On this foundation,it further considers the uncertainty of the amount of load deformation,proposes a calculation method of the latch assembly motion reliability considering the influence of the load deformation.
