摘要
根据石膏外固定法对脊椎侧弯矫正的操作需求,结合机械使用环境和人体工程学设计理念,设计了国内首例应用于便于石膏外固定矫正幼儿脊椎工作的幼儿脊椎矫正多功能操作台。它主要由高度升降机构、移动调节平台和多功能辅助组件等组成。可实现以适应医生身高工作为目的的升降功能,方便外敷石膏时,患儿背部露出和调整患儿躯干体态的功能。该操作台的构建要素齐全,布局合理,可靠安全,使医生在矫正患儿脊椎侧弯时操作方便快捷,减少人力成本,提高医生工作效率。对后续医疗工作台的设计有重要参考价值。
According to the operation requirements of the method of external plaster fixation for scoliosis correction,combined with the design concept of mechanical environment and ergonomics,a multi-functional operation platform for children's spinal correction was designed,which was the first in China to be applied to the operation of children's spinal correction for external plaster fixation.It is mainly composed of height lifting mechanism,mobile adjustment platform and multi-functional auxiliary components.It can achieve the function of lifting and lowering for the purpose of adapting to the height of the doctor,and facilitate the function of exposing the back and adjusting the trunk of the child when the external plaster is applied.The operation platform has complete construction elements,reasonable layout,reliable and safe,which makes it convenient for doctors to operate in the correction of scoliosis of children,reduces the labor cost and improves the working efficiency of doctors.It has important reference value to the design of follow-up medical workbench.
