机电伺服制动助力系统控制器开发

Development of Controller for Electromechanical Servo Brake Booster System

摘要 选用XC2365A-104F微控制单元,以无刷直流电机为驱动,设计了机电伺服制动助力系统控制器。完成了底层程序调试,多种工况的响应状况测试,与ESC/ESP实现通讯组成助力增压。结果表明,控制器对系统的响应速度较快、超调量较小、跟随性不错,验证了控制器及底层程序设计的可靠性和有效性。 The XC2365A-104F micro-control unit is selected,and a brushless DC motor is used to drive the controller of the electromechanical servo brake booster system.Completed the debugging of the low-level program,the test of the response status of various working conditions,and the communication with ESC/ESP to help boost pressure.The results show that the controller responds quickly to the system,has a small amount of overshoot,and has good followability,which verifies the reliability and effectiveness of the controller and the underlying program design.
