摘要
为了揭示烟丝物料干燥系统的内在温度关系和规律,提升烘丝品质和物料利用率,满足企业精细化生产需求,通过某卷烟厂的干燥设备模型对上部烟叶品种的烟丝物料进行干燥研究,并应用Fluent软件系统模拟计算滚筒内烟丝物料温度传递规律,分析不同工艺参数下烟丝物料在滚筒内的温度传递规律。研究结果表明:(1)通过对不同的工艺参数下进行仿真计算,烟丝物料在温度上升阶段温度变化达到动态平稳状态的时间和滚筒长度有明显的差异,但总体都达到动态平稳的状态。(2)通过对不同的典型的工艺参数下进行仿真计算分析,确定了滚筒在转速为9 r/min,热风风速为0.5 m/s时工艺参数最佳。为该型号烟丝物料的滚筒烘丝干燥生产提供了理论依据。
In order to reveal the internal temperature relationship and law of tobacco material drying system,improve the quality of tobacco drying and material utilization,and meet the demand of refined production,with the drying equipment model of a cigarette factory,the tobacco materials of the upper tobacco varieties were dried,and the temperature transfer law of tobacco materials in the drum was simulated and calculated by Fluent software system.The results show that:(1)there are obvious differences in the time and the length of the drum when the temperature changes to a dynamic stable state in the rising stage of the temperature of the cut tobacco material through the simulation calculation under different process parameters,but the overall temperature changes to a dynamic stable state;(2)through the simulation calculation and analysis of different typical process parameters,it is determined that the best technological parameters are that the rotating speed of the drum is 9 r/min and the wind speed of the hot air is 0.5 m/s.The law of temperature transfer in the process of tobacco drying in drum is revealed.It provides a theoretical basis for the drum drying production of this type of tobacco material.
