互联网平台企业主导的创新生态系统演化风险识别及规避

Research on Risk Identification and Avoidance of Innovation Ecosystem Evolution Led by Internet Platform Enterprises

互联网平台企业主导的创新生态系统作为“互联网+”战略背景下最活跃的创新生态系统类型,其演进过程中任何一个阶段出现风险都有可能影响整个创新生态系统持续健康发展。本文在互联网平台企业主导的创新生态系统演化阶段特征分析基础上,将创新生态系统演化分为平台构建、平台治理及平台变革与发展三个阶段,这三个阶段对应面临的主要风险有产业基础技术选择风险、合作伙伴选择风险以及变革风险。根据创新生态系统演化过程中各阶段存在的风险,通过建立产业技术基础标准化机制以及互惠性利益共享机制和严格的淘汰机制来规避风险。此外,平台主导企业还可以有效利用外部环境因素,采取前摄行为来实现创新生态系统的风险规避。

Under the strategy of“Internet+”,the innovation ecosystem of enterprise led by Internet platform enterprises is the most active innovation ecosystem,which will affect the sustainable and healthy development of the whole innovation ecosystem if there were risk in any stage of it.This paper analyzes the evolution stage characteristics of innovation ecosystem led by Internet platform enterprises.Based on the analysis,this paper divides the innovation ecosystem into three stages:platform construction,platform governance and platform transformation and development.Associated with each stage,the main risks are the risk of industrial base technology selection,the risk of partner selection and the risk of transformation,respectively.To avoid the risks,standardization mechanism of industrial technology foundation,mutual benefit sharing mechanism and strict elimination mechanism should be established.In addition,platform leading enterprises can adopt proactive behavior by using the external environment factors to avoid the risk of innovation ecosystem.
