基于价值链优化的制造企业智能化转型升级研究

Research on Intelligent Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Value Chain Optimization

近些年数字经济发展进入“快车道”,智能化浪潮助力企业纾困和高质量发展。被贴有“大而不强”标签的中国制造企业如何抓住智能制造这一机会窗口真正实现中低端突围成为值得研究的问题。本文通过聚焦典型案例企业中联重科,以微笑曲线为基本分析框架,从网络协同研发能力、离散型柔性制造能力、服务改进能力、核心元器件突破能力、服务开发能力5个关键能力出发对企业价值链优化进行研究,探索得到以“强链——提质降本、补链——弥补核心零部件短板、延链——开发工业互联信息服务”为特征的智能化转型升级路径,为智能制造在其他制造企业的落地实施提供经验借鉴:坚守制造本质遵循效益导向、重塑核心竞争能力、坚持技术和大数据双核螺旋驱动。

In recent years,the digital economy has developed rapidly,and the intelligent wave helps enterprises to rescue and develop with high quality.How Chinese manufacturing enterprises labeled as“big but not strong”truly realize the breakthrough of medium and low-end by seizing the opportunity window of intelligent manufacturing is worth studying.This paper focuses on the typical case of Zoomlion,and takes smile curve as the basic analysis framework.Starting from the five key capabilities of network collaborative R&D capability,discrete flexible manufacturing capability,service improvement capability,core component breakthrough capability and service development capability,this paper studies the optimization of enterprise value chain,and finally explores a transformation and upgrading path of intelligentialize with the feature of“strengthening chain—improving quality and reducing cost,supplementing chain—make up for the short board of core components,extending chain—opening business of industrial internet information service”.It provides some experiences for the promotion and implementation of intelligent manufacturing in other manufacturing enterprises:stick to manufacturing itself,follow the benefit orientation,reshape the core competitiveness,and adhere to the dual core spiral drive of technology and big data.
