摘要
目的探讨在本科中医脑病学临床教学中应用基于问题的学习法(problem based learning,PBL)、基于案例的学习法(case-based learning,CBL)、基于团队的学习法(team-based Learning,TBL)融合教学法的效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年6月中医本科生40人,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各20人。对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组实施TBL、CBL、PBL融合教学法,比较两组学习成果及教学满意度。结果学习后,与对照组相比,观察组病例分析成绩、理论知识成绩及总成绩均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本科中医脑病学临床教学中应用PBL、CBL、TBL融合教学法效果较好,可显著增强学生综合素质,提高教学满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of teambased learning(TBL),case-based learning(CBL),problembased learning(PBL)integrated teaching method in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine encephalopathology for undergraduates.Methods 40 undergraduates of Chinese medicine encephalopathology from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the blind selection method,with20 cases in each group.Control group was given traditional teaching mode,and observation group was given TBL,CBL,PBL integrated teaching method.The learning outcomes and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After learning,the score of case analysis,score of theoretical knowledge and total score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 65.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL,CBL,PBL integrated teaching method in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine encephalopathology for undergraduates has better effects,which can enhance comprehensive quality of students and improve teaching satisfaction.
