摘要
目的分析在神经外科教学中运用PBL联合微信教学的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年6月在我院神经外科进行规培的70例留学生作为研究对象,并按班级将其分为观察组(35例,采用PBL联合微信的教学方式)和对照组(35例,采用传统的教学方式)。结果对比两组留学生经两种教学模式后考核成绩,包括两组学生的理论考核成绩和病例分析考核成绩,观察组学生的理论考核成绩相比于对照组更高,观察组学生的病例分析考核成绩相比于对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对我院神经外科进行规培的留学生进行PBL联合微信教学的教学方式,能有效提升学生的学习成绩,保障学生的学习效果,提升学生对学科专业的学习兴趣,使学生有更强的临床诊断、治疗能力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with WeChat teaching in neurosurgery teaching.Methods 70 international students who were trained in neurosurgery in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation groups by class(35 cases,using the teaching method of PBL combined with WeChat)and Control group(35 cases,using traditional teaching method).Results Compare the two groups of students'assessment results after two teaching modes,including the theoretical assessment results and case analysis assessment results of the two groups of students.The theoretical assessment scores of the observation group students were higher than the control group.Compared with the control group,the assessment scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of PBL combined with WeChat teaching for international students who are trained in neurosurgery in our hospital can effectively improve students'academic performance,protect their learning effects,and enhance their interest in the subject specialty,so that students have stronger clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.
