床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理在帕金森病中的应用研究

目的研究床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理在帕金森病患者中的应用效果。方法选择80例在2016年5月—2019年5月期间在本院接受治疗的帕金森病患者作为研究对象,以随机表数字法作为分组方法,将其分为对照组和康复组(各40例),两组患者均进行床旁吞咽功能筛查,之后对照组患者根据筛查结果进行常规护理,康复组患者根据筛查结果进行针对性康复护理,比较两组患者入院时以及护理30 d后的吞咽功能评分变化以及护理效果。结果对照组和康复组患者入院时的吞咽功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是护理30 d后,康复组患者的吞咽功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组护理总有效率为75.00%,康复组的护理用有效率为92.50%,康复组护理有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于帕金森患者,根据床旁吞咽功能筛查结果对其进行针对性的康复护理,不仅能够显著提高患者的临床护理效果,同时还可在更大程度上改善患者的吞咽功能。

Objectives To investigate the effect of bedside swallowing function screening and rehabilitation nursing in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods From May 2016 to May 2019,80 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and the random table number method was used as the grouping method.They were divided into the control group and the rehabilitation group(40 cases each).The two groups of patients were screened for bedside swallowing function,then the control group patients were given routine nursing based on the screening results,and the rehabilitation group patients were given targeted rehabilitation nursing based on the screening results.Changes in swallowing function scores and nursing effects.Results There was no significant difference in the swallowing function scores between the control group and the rehabilitation group when they were admitted to the hospital(P>0.05),but after 30 days of nursing,the swallowing function scores of the patients in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the control group was 75.00%,and the effective rate of nursing in the rehabilitation group was 92.50%.The effective rate of nursing in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For Parkinson's patients,targeted rehabilitation care based on bedside swallowing function screening results can not only significantly improve the clinical care of patients,but also improve their swallowing function to a greater extent.
