巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的用药护理效果观察

Observation of Nursing Effect of Batroxobin in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的观察突发性耳聋巴曲酶治疗的用药护理效果。方法回顾性选取2019年5月—2019年12月本院突发性耳聋患者55例,依据护理方法分为常规护理组(n=20)和常规护理基础上用药护理组(用药护理组,n=25)两组,统计分析两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果在治疗的总有效率方面,用药护理组为96.0%(24/25),常规护理组为70.0%(14/20),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,用药护理组为8.0%(2/25),常规护理组为35.0%(7/20),前者显著低于后者(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋巴曲酶治疗的用药护理效果好。

Objectives To observe the nursing effect of Batroxobin in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods From May 2019 to December 2019,55 cases of patients with sudden deafness in our hospital were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:routine nursing group(n=20)and medication nursing based on the routine nursing group(medication nursing group,n=25).The clinical effects and occurrences of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results In terms of total effective rate,96.0%(24/25)in the medication nursing group and 70.0%(14/20)in the routine nursing group,the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.0%(2/25)in the medication nursing group and 35.0%(7/20)in the routine nursing group.The former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of batroxobin in the treatment of sudden deafness is good.
