突发公共卫生事件下普法工作机制的完善探讨

Discussions on the Perfection of the Working Mechanism of Law Popularization under Public Health Emergencies

文章梳理了我国在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中的普法工作实效性不高、普法内容渗透性不强、普法队伍素养不够、普法宣传针对性不足等问题,并逐一提出改进建议,以期普法工作能在突发公共卫生事件疫情防控中发挥其法治护航的作用。

This paper summarizes the problems in China's efforts in fight against Covid-19,such as low effec⁃tiveness of law popularization,lack of penetration of the content of law popularization,lack of legal literacy and lack of pertinence in law popularization,and puts forward suggestions for improvement one by one,expecting that law popularization can play its role of legal escort in the prevention and control of public health emergencies.
