羊水吸入性肺炎常致新生儿死亡亦常引发医疗纠纷,且尸检发现肺内有羊水的新生儿死亡纠纷案大多判定医方过错。就此本文认为当仔细甄别及综合评估羊水吸入时间、是否有羊水排出障碍、是否死胎等,还应加强医学、法医学、医疗损害鉴定等多专业间的交流以助判定。

Amniotic aspiration pneumonia is a common cause of death in newborns and often causes medical disputes.In most cases of neonatal death where amniotic fluid is found in the lungs at autopsy,doctors are deter⁃mined to be at fault.Accordingly,it is suggested in this paper that it needs to carefully screen and comprehensively evalue the time of amniotic fluid inhalation,and whether there is amniotic fluid excretion disorder or stillbirth,and strengthen the communication among medicine,forensic medicine and other medical damage identification to facili⁃tate the determination.
