On the Establishment of Internal Legal Departments in Public Hospitals

公立医院越来越有必要创建内设法务部门,因其具有传统的外聘法律顾问模式不可替代的优势。本文据此探讨了内设法务部门创建的现实难题、运行模式及其相应的工作职能,并提出了其实现路径建议,为公立医院提升依法治理能力和风险防范水平提供了思路。

It is more and more necessary for public hospitals to establish internal legal departments because it has the irreplaceable advantages of the traditional mode of external legal counsel.Consequently,this paper discusses the practical difficulties,operation mode and corresponding work functions of internal legal departments,and puts forward suggestions on its implementation,which provides ideas for public hospitals to improve their legal gover⁃nance and risk prevention ability.
