基于德尔菲法构建临床医师健康科普工作评价指标体系研究

Clinician evaluation index system construction for popular medical science based on Delphi method

目的通过德尔菲法筛选临床医师健康科普评价的指标,为临床医师健康科普评价体系提供测量工具。方法在文献回顾、专家访谈的基础上,制定专家函询问卷,并通过两轮德尔菲法专家函询,结合指标筛选标准和专家建议,构建临床医师健康科普评价。结果两轮专家函询回收率均为100%,两轮专家权威系数均大于0.85。经过两轮专家函询和指标筛选,构建了以科普形式、科普平台、科普媒体化为主要框架,包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、34个三级指标的临床医师健康科普评价体系,所有指标的变异系数均小于0.23,且专家的协调系数通过χ^(2)检验,专家意见达成一致。结论本研究初步构建了临床医师健康科普工作评价指标体系,为临床医师健康科普工作的量化评价和绩效考核提供工具。

Objective To screen evaluation indicators of popular medical science for clinicians based on Delphi method,and to provide measurement tools of the evaluation system for clinicians.Methods On the basis of literature review and interviews of experts,a questionnaire was developed and two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence were carried out.Combined with index selection criteria and experts’suggestions,the evaluation indicators of clinician popular medical science were constructed.Results The response rates of the experts in the two rounds were both 100%,and the authority coefficient of the two rounds was above 0.85.After two rounds of experts consultation and index screening,the evaluation system of clinicians’health science education was constructed with the main framework of health education forms,health education platforms and health education media,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.The coefficient of variation of all indicators was less than 0.23,and the coordination coefficient of experts passed the chi square test,and the experts reached an agreement.Conclusion The evaluation index system of clinicians’health science education was initially constructed,which provided a tool for quantitative evaluation and performance evaluation of clinicians’health science education work.
