SD大鼠在清醒及不同麻醉状态下EGG边际谱特征量比较

Comparison of EGG marginal spectrum characteristics in SD rats under awakeness and different anesthesia states

摘要 目的运用希尔伯特-黄变换法(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)探究SD大鼠在清醒、浅麻醉、深麻醉状态下头皮脑电信号(EGG)边际谱特征量。方法选取雄性SD大鼠16只。每只大鼠未注射乌拉坦时视为清醒状态,首次腹腔注射乌拉坦(500 mg/kg)视为浅麻醉状态,1 h后再次腹腔注射乌拉坦(800 mg/kg)视为深麻醉状态,分别记录大鼠清醒、浅麻醉、深麻醉时EGG。采用HHT法比较各波段SD大鼠EGG的平稳度、边际谱谱峰和能量比。结果清醒状态下大鼠边际谱谱峰在α波波段,α波能量占比45%,而δ波能量占比仅5%;浅麻醉和深麻醉状态谱峰在δ波波段,但深麻醉时能量占比(40%)略高于浅麻醉时能量占比(38%)。结论HHT边际谱和能量比反映信号幅值和能量频域分布特性——按序向频率降低的方向移动。 Objective To explore the marginal spectral characteristics of scalp electroencephalogram(EGG)in SD rats under awakeness,light anesthesia,and deep anesthesia by Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT)method.Methods Sixteen male SD rats were randomly selected.Each rat was considered as in awakeness when not injected with uratan,the rats were considered as in light anesthesia when first intraperitoneally injected with Uratan(500 mg/kg),and the rats were considered as in deep anesthesia when intraperitoneally injected with uratan(800 mg/kg)one hour after the first injection.EGGs during awakeness,light anesthesia and deep anesthesia were recorded.HHT method was used to compare the stationarity,marginal spectral peaks and energy ratios of each band in EGG in SD rats.Results In the awake state,the marginal spectrum peak of the rat was in α wave band,and the wave energy accounted for 45%,while the δ wave energy accounted for only 5%.Under light anesthesia and deep anesthesia state,the spectrum peaks were in theδwave band,but the energy accounted for 40% in the deep anesthesia,slightly higher than the proportion of energy under light anesthesia(38%).Conclusion HHT marginal spectrum and energy ratio may reflect the signal amplitude and the energy frequency domain distribution characteristics,moving in the direction of decreasing frequency in order.
