摘要
穴位贴敷可通过相关经络的传导间接作用于肺脏,进而调节其宣发肃降之功,起到祛邪、化痰、平喘、止咳等功效。特别是取天枢穴行穴位贴敷治疗,可以有效改善患者的呼吸力学指标,减轻炎症反应。新型冠状病毒由口鼻而入,首先侵犯肺脏,邪气壅肺,影响全身气机升降出入,子病犯母,进而导致中焦脾胃升降功能失调,表现出一系列消化系统症状。穴位贴敷通过使用丁香、肉桂、细辛等芳香行气药物,作用于天枢、中脘、神阙、足三里等穴位,发挥健脾化湿、行气止泻、降气止呕的作用。同时,抑制细胞因子大量释放引起的"细胞因子风暴",是治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的有效策略之一,而穴位贴敷具有抑制炎症反应及调节自身免疫力的作用,可以有效抑制"细胞因子风暴",提高临床疗效。
Acupoint sticking therapy can act on the lung indirectly through the conduction function of related meridians,and then regulate its function of diffusion and descending,which has the functions of eliminating pathogenic factors,resolving phlegm,relieving asthma and relieving cough.Especially taking Tianshu(S25)acupoint for acupoint sticking can effectively improve the respiratory mechanics indexes of patients and reduce the inflammatory reaction.New coronavirus enters the human body from the mouth and nose,first invading the lung,causing the pathogenic qi to obstruct the lung,thereby affecting the whole body qi′s ascending and descending,leading to dysfunction of the spleen and stomach in the middle Jiao,and showing a series of symptoms of digestive system.Acupoint sticking,through the use of Dingxiang(Flos Caryophylli),Rougui(Cortex Cinnamomi),Xixin(Herba Asari)and other aromatic qi promoting medicinals,acts on Tianshu(S25),Zhongwan(CV12),Shenque(CV8),Zusanli(S36)and other acupoints,playing the role of invigorating spleen and removing dampness,promoting qi and stopping diarrhea,reducing qi and stopping vomiting.At the same time,inhibition of cytokine storm caused by a large number of cytokines release is one of the effective strategies for treating corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Acupoint sticking therapy can inhibit inflammation and regulate its immunity.It can effectively inhibit"cytokine storm"and improve clinical efficacy.
