圆运动理论指导下应用炙甘草汤治疗眼部疾病

Treatment of Eye Diseases with Zhigancao Decoction under the Guidance of Circular Motion Theory

圆运动理论由清代彭子益提出,以"中气为轴、四维为轮"为框架,以"升降浮沉"为运行机制,揭示了大自然循环往复、生生不息的发展规律。炙甘草汤又称复脉汤,为《伤寒杂病论》中的经典名方,具有益气养阴、通阳复脉的功效。根据圆运动理论,心阳不断敛降、下行,封藏于肾水中转化为肾阳,再通过肾气上升,从而实现阳气升降浮沉。阳气的运行,一定有相应的阴液伴随,滋润收敛,心气才能下降。若心阴不足,脉络枯滞,日久阳气亦损,即出现"脉结代、心动悸"。中医眼科学认为心脑眼一体,临证时炙甘草汤可用于治疗包括干眼症、碱烧伤、视疲劳、眼底视网膜动脉阻塞、缺血性视神经病变等多种眼科疾病。

The theory of circular motion was put forward by Peng Ziyi in Qing Dynasty.It takes"Zhongqi Weizhou,Siwei Weilun"as the framework,and"lifting;lowering;floating and sinking"as the operating mechanism.It reveals the cyclical and endless development law of nature.Zhigancao Decoction,also known as Fumai Decoction,is a classic prescription in Shanghan Zabing Lun.It has the effect of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,activating yang and restoring pulse.According to the theory of circular motion,the heart yang continuously converges and descends,which is sealed in the kidney water,transformed into the kidney yang,and then rises through the kidney qi,so as to realize the lifting;lowering;floating and sinking of yang qi.The movement of yang qi must be accompanied by the corresponding yin fluid,moistening and converging,and the heart qi can decline.If the heart yin is insufficient,the pulse is withered and stagnated,and the yang qi is also damaged after a long time,then"intermittent pulse and severe palpitation"will appear.According to ophthalmology of Chinese medicine,heart,brain and eye are integrated,and Zhigancao Decoction can be used to treat a variety of ophthalmic diseases,including dry eye,alkali burn,asthenopia,retinal artery occlusion,ischemic optic neuropathy and so on.
