糖尿病肾病“气络失和,毒损血络”病机发微

糖尿病肾病病机为气络失和后,络气不充或络气郁滞,导致津血运行不畅,化为痰瘀;痰瘀搏结成毒,毒、瘀、痰、滞相互为患,胶结于肾之络脉中,损伤络脉,耗伤络之气血津液,导致络虚不荣。络虚愈重,痰瘀毒滞愈重,如此反复,循环无端。糖尿病肾病以气络失和为本,痰瘀互结为标,郁而化毒为转折,毒损血络为要。临证中应抓住糖尿病肾病病机关键,健脾补肾、活血通络、解毒防变,方可获效。

The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is that after the qi and collaterals are out of harmony,the collaterals are deficiency or the collaterals are stagnant,which leads to the poor operation of the body fluid and blood and turns into phlegm and blood stasis.Phlegm and blood stasis turn into toxin.Toxin,blood stasis,phlegm and stagnation are mutually harmful,which are stayed in the collaterals of the kidney,damaging the collaterals and consuming the qi,blood and body fluid of the injured collaterals,resulting in the deficiency of collaterals.The more serious the deficiency of collaterals is,the more serious the phlegm stasis and toxin stagnation is.So repeatedly,the cycle is endless.Diabetic nephropathy is based on the disharmony of qi and collaterals,with phlegm and blood stasis as the standard,depression transfering toxin as the turning point,and toxin damaging blood collaterals as the key.In clinical practice,we should grasp the key of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,invigorate the spleen and kidney,activate blood circulation and collaterals,detoxify and prevent change.
