中医时间医学现代发展综述

Review on Modern Development of Time Medicine of Chinese Medicine

近年来,中医时间医学的发文量总体呈上升趋势,且研究更加注重临床应用。时间医学在择时用药、中医辅助特色治疗、时辰养生、预防保健及择时护理等方面均有明确的作用。但是,目前中医时间医学的相关研究尚未形成体系,理论研究侧重于《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》等经典古籍,对其他特色古籍的整理挖掘较少;临床研究缺少重大项目基金支持;研究周期较短,各类指标的观测缺乏连续性;时间医学相关的气象资料较难获取,试验研究缺乏严谨性和科学性。今后,需加强对各个时期时间医学古籍的系统整理,建立协同、共享的数据库平台,同时在临床研究方面积极争取重大基金的支持,引进现代研究方法,设计全病域、多维度的试验,结合现代科学技术探究时间节律的作用机制,推动时间医学的整体性研究和临床实践。

In recent years,the number of papers published in TCM time medicine is on the rise,and the research pays more attention to clinical application.Time medicine plays a positive role in timing medication,TCM assisted characteristic treatment,timing health maintenance,preventive health maintenance and timing nursing.However,the relevant research of TCM time medicine has not yet formed a system.The theoretical research focuses on the classic ancient books such as Huangdi Neijing,Shanghan Lun and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,while the collation and excavation of other characteristic ancient books are less;clinical research is lack of fund support for major projects;the research cycle is short,and the observation of various indicators is lack of continuity;the meteorological data related to time medicine is difficult to obtain,and the experimental research is lack of rigor and scientificity.In the future,we need to strengthen the systematic collation of the ancient books of time medicine in various periods,establish a collaborative and shared database platform,actively strive for the support of major funds in clinical research,introduce modern experimental research methods,design the whole disease domain and multi-dimensional experimental research,reanalyze and evaluate the credibility and usability of time medicine,combine with modern science and technology to explore the mechanism of time rhythm,and promote the holistic research and clinical practice of time medicine.
