Clinical Application of Academician Shi Xuemin′s Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Method

石学敏院士醒脑开窍针法以"醒神、调神、安神"为核心治则,强调以神统针、以针调神,同时重视针刺手法量学标准,临床应用已拓展到神经系统疾病、疼痛性疾病、精神类疾病、促醒及持续植物状态等疑难杂症的治疗中,适应范围及临床疗效均得到高度肯定。但目前的研究也存在一定的不足,如文献报道参差不齐,循证质量偏低,研究样本量较小,疗效评价缺乏客观性标准,未做远期随访,可信度较差,缺乏深入的机制探讨等。今后需针对优势病种进行大样本、高质量的随机对照研究,进行更为严格、合理的临床设计,同时,从针刺作用的相关基因蛋白调控及分子信号通路等多角度、多层次入手加强机制研究,为临床应用提供更多客观依据。

In recent years,academician Shi Xuemin′s academic thought of"governing spirit"has been deeply studied.He takes"awakening,regulating and calming mind"as the core treatment principle.During acupuncture,he emphasizes on controling the needle with the spirit and adjusting the spirit with the needle,which greatly enriches the connotation of the acupuncture method of awakening the spirit and resuscitation.His clinical application has been extended to the treatment of nervous system diseases,painful diseases,mental diseases,awakening promotion and persistent vegetative state,and the scope of application and clinical efficacy have been highly affirmed.However,there are some deficiencies in the current research,such as the uneven level of clinical reports,mostly case reports,clinical experience and comprehensive treatment,the low quality of evidence-based;the small sample size,the lack of objective criteria for efficacy evaluation,the lack of long-term follow-up,the poor credibility,and the lack of in-depth mechanism discussion.In the future,large sample and high-quality randomized controlled studies should be conducted for diseases with obvious advantages,and more strict and reasonable clinical design should be carried out.At the same time,the disease with obvious advantages should be further studied,and the mechanism should be studied from multiple angles and levels,such as the regulation of gene protein and molecular signaling pathway of acupuncture,so as to provide more objective basis for clinical application.
