北京市城区家庭医生式服务签约高血压患者服药依从性现状及其影响因素

Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Medication Compliance Among Hypertensive Patients Contracted with Family Doctors in Urban Districts of Beijing

目的:了解北京市城区家庭医生式服务签约高血压患者服药依从性的现状及其影响因素,为签约居民的慢性病管理提供参考。方法:采用立意抽样法选取北京市城区4个社区卫生服务中心,对655名家庭医生式服务签约高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果:共得到653份有效问卷,家庭医生式服务签约高血压患者中服药依从性好的有359例(55.0%);服药依从性与患者的就业状况、月收入、社会功能状态以及高血压知识的知晓程度密切相关。结论:北京市城区家庭医生式服务签约高血压患者服药依从性不佳,需进一步加强对签约患者的健康管理,提高其服药依从性。

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of medication compliance among hypertensive patients contracted with family doctors in urban districts of Beijing,and to provide reference for chronic disease management of contracted residents.Methods:By purposive sampling,a total of 655 hypertensive patients who were from four community health service centers in Beijing urban districts were selected to complete the questionnaires.Results:A total of 653 valid questionnaires were obtained.There were 359 patients(55.0%)with good medication compliance among hypertensive patients contracted with family doctors.The main influencing factors included employment status,monthly income,social function status,and knowledge related to hypertension.Conclusion:The medication compliance is poor among hypertensive patients contracted with family doctors in urban districts of Beijing.Therefore,we should continue to strengthen the health management of patients contracted with family doctors and improve their medication compliance.
